The Quazar Foundation also aims to help people in national disasters like Tsunamis, earthquakes, floods, etc., by raising funds and distributing them to the concerned channels.
THE QUAZAR FOUNDATION . . .
The Quazar foundation was set up in 2005 to take up socio- economic, ecological and educational issues of importance.
The Quazar Foundation aims to help rejuvenate the green belt of Delhi and to protect the diminishing flora and fauna of the city, either through direct action or PILs. In 2006, The Quazar Foundation, along with other NGO's like Ridge Bachao Andolan and CPQLW (Citizens for Preservation of Quarries and Lake Wilderness ) worked hand in hand to stall building of malls in the protected Vasant Kunj ridge area.
In the realm of Education, The Quazar Foundation aims to establish or help in the establishment of educational institutions including schools and colleges for primary education and/or technical education. It also aims to help in the education of students by either subsidizing the cost of fees or by awarding scholarships, providing study material or others such means. In the near future, there are also plans to start electronics courses that will be available to college students.

The Foundation aims to enter into the field of Public Health by establishing, maintaining and supporting clinical health units or by providing technical expertise to institutions of medical relief. |
